Job Description
Presidents Institute is seeking a Head of Sales to lead and build sales teams in Copenhagen. The Head of Sales will be responsible for new sales to new target groups/products, building new departments, and ensuring membership growth. Presidents Institute is a leading facilitator of knowledge, inspiration, and networking in the Nordics, creating network groups, development programs, and conferences. They currently have 25 employees and over 1000 active top leaders as members, with operations in Denmark, Sweden, and Finland.Role Involves:
  • Creating a high-performance sales organization.
  • Evaluating individual and team competencies.
  • Leading, growing, and motivating sales teams.
  • Recruiting and developing employees.
  • Developing sales playbooks and onboarding programs.
  • Executing company strategy and defining future strategies.
  • Closing deals and securing strategic goals.
  • Building relationships with C-level leaders.
