Role Involves:
- Creating a high-performance sales organization
- Evaluating and coaching team members
- Leading and motivating sales teams
- Recruiting and developing employees
- Developing sales playbooks and onboarding programs
- Executing company strategy and defining future strategies
- Closing deals and achieving strategic goals
- Building relationships with C-level leaders
