Presidents Institute is seeking a Sales Manager to join their team in Copenhagen. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales and eager to lead a team in a fast-paced, ambitious environment. This role offers the opportunity to drive new sales and membership growth, recruit and train a high-performing sales team, and sell to C-level executives of Danish companies. The Sales Manager will play a key role in helping Presidents Institute become the largest platform for education and development in Denmark.Role Involves:
  • Recruiting and leading sales teams
  • Converting business leaders into members
  • Closing sales over the phone, online, or in person
  • Training sales consultants to become high-performers
  • Developing sales playbooks and onboarding programs
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with C-suite customers
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience with excellent sales performance
  • Fluent in Danish (written and spoken)
