Presidents Institute is seeking a Sales Director to lead and build sales teams in Copenhagen. The Sales Director will be responsible for new sales to new target groups/products, building new departments, and ensuring membership growth. Presidents Institute is a leading facilitator of knowledge, inspiration, and networking in the Nordics, creating network groups, development programs, and conferences. They have 25 employees and over 1000 active top leaders as members and are active in Denmark, Sweden, and Finland.Role involves:
  • Creating a high-performance sales organization
  • Evaluating individual and team competencies
  • Leading, growing, and motivating sales teams
  • Recruiting and developing employees
  • Developing sales playbooks
  • Executing company strategy
  • Closing deals and ensuring strategic goals are met
  • Building relationships with C-level leaders
