Job Description
CarOnSale is seeking a Staff Salesforce Engineer to join their Customer Success Engineering team in Munich. The ideal candidate will collaborate with team members to translate user requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timely delivery. He will assist and support other team members in their development efforts, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment. He will improve the existing codebase and build new features from scratch.
  • Collaborate with team members to translate user requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions
  • Improve the existing codebase and build new features from scratch
  • Take over maintenance and development of the two-way synchronization service with our core system
  • Proactively identify and resolve technical issues, optimize system performance and ensure data integrity
  • Maintain technical documentation
Requirements:
  • 3+ year experience working in Salesforce development
  • Data driven and analytical mindset
  • Effective communication skills
  • Deep knowledge of key platform technologies: Apex, Visualforce, Aura, LWC/Web components,JavaScript, HTML5, CSS
  • Deep knowledge of relational databases, SOQL and SQL
  • Comprehensive understanding of event-driven architecture
  • Expertise in configuring standard platform functionalities versus building from scratch
  • Strong Knowledge of SFDC Flows/Metadata/APIs
  • Comfortable working within release-management and scrum frameworks
  • Salesforce certifications are a plus
  • Fluent English in Reading and Writing (C1) and German is great to have as well
