The Director will define editorial vision, refine brand voice, and drive revenue and audience growth. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on involvement in content creation and optimization. The Director will oversee a high-performing editorial team, mentor staff, and make data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities include:
  • Defining and leading content strategy across syndication platforms.
  • Maintaining editorial voice and quality in a high-volume production environment.
  • Monitoring performance data to optimize content strategy.
  • Reviewing and approving content to uphold editorial standards.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify content opportunities.
  • Mentoring and managing a team of writers and editors.
  • Introducing editorial experiments to improve content performance.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience leading high-volume editorial operations.
  • Fluency in content syndication platforms.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills (Looker, Google Sheets).
  • Experience leading a team and developing scalable strategies.
  • Exceptional editorial judgment and creative ideation skills.
  • Openness to AI implementation in content creation.
  • 7+ years of digital editorial leadership experience.
