FinanceBuzz is seeking a Director of Syndication to lead content strategy across platforms like MSN and Apple News. This role involves defining editorial vision, refining brand voice, and creating a roadmap for revenue and audience growth. The Director will analyze data, develop content strategies, and collaborate with the Editorial Operations Manager to ensure efficient production.
Role involves:
- Defining and leading content strategy across syndication platforms
- Monitoring performance data to optimize content monetization
- Reviewing, editing, and approving content to uphold editorial standards
- Collaborating with SEO, Monetization, and Analytics teams
- Mentoring and managing a team of in-house and freelance writers and editors
- Introducing editorial experiments to improve content performance
Requirements:
- Proven ability to lead high-volume editorial operations
- Fluency in content syndication platforms
- Mastery of Looker and Google Sheets
- Adept at leading a team and developing scalable strategies
- Exceptional editorial judgment and creative ideation skills
- An open mind around the implementation of AI
- 7+ years of digital editorial leadership experience
Role offers:
- Base salary between $120,000 to $150,000 per year
