Job Description
Launch Potato is seeking a Head of Syndication Content to lead the strategic direction of content across key syndication platforms such as MSN, Apple News, and NewsBreak. This role involves defining the editorial vision, refining the brand voice, and creating a roadmap for long-term revenue and audience growth. The Head of Syndication Content will analyze data, translate insights into content strategies, and collaborate with the Editorial Operations Manager to ensure efficient production.This role involves:
  • Defining and leading content strategy across syndication platforms
  • Maintaining editorial voice and excellence
  • Monitoring performance data to optimize content strategy
  • Reviewing, editing, and approving content
  • Collaborating with SEO, Monetization, and Analytics teams
  • Mentoring and managing a team of writers and editors
  • Representing the Syndication team in company meetings
  • Introducing editorial experiments to improve content performance
Requirements:
  • Proven ability to lead high-volume editorial operations
  • Fluency in content syndication platforms
  • Data-obsessed mindset with strong analytical skills
  • Adept at leading a team and developing scalable strategies
  • Exceptional editorial judgment and creative ideation skills
  • An open mind around the implementation of AI
  • 7+ years of digital editorial leadership experience
