Proton is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead go-to-market (GTM) efforts for new products across B2C and B2B markets. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in identifying product-market fit and scaling growth efficiently within a fast-paced environment. What this role involves: - Conducting competitive analyses to define market white space.
- Leading naming, brand identity, and domain strategy for new products.
- Identifying and validating the target audience through user research and growth experiments.
- Defining positioning and messaging based on a deep understanding of user needs.
- Owning the GTM strategy for early-stage product launches.
- Tracking success metrics to define product-market fit.
- Testing and scaling marketing channels based on impact.
- Developing and executing integrated marketing plans.
- Managing multiple new products and defining their fit within the Proton ecosystem.
Requirements: - 10+ years of experience in product marketing, growth marketing, or full-stack marketing roles.
- Demonstrated success launching both B2C and B2B products.
- Experience working with early-stage products to identify and iterate toward product-market fit.
- Deep comfort with ambiguity, experimentation, and fast decision-making.
- Strong instincts for brand, creative, and storytelling, paired with a data-informed mindset.
- Ownership mentality and the ability to build from scratch.
- Ability to self-organize, prioritize, and take initiative.
- Generalist mindset with fluency across performance marketing, lifecycle, SEO, comms, and product marketing.
- High agency, low ego, and strong collaboration skills.
