iFood is seeking an Analista de Tesouraria Pleno to join their team in Osasco, São Paulo. This role is crucial for the company's financial management, focusing on executing and improving treasury processes. The ideal candidate will possess an analytical mindset, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with various departments and strategic partners.
Role Involves:
Ensuring efficient management of the money trail, focusing on customer experience.
Liaising with strategic partners (operations, settlement, registration, and traffic).
Managing payments and settlements (CIP and Payout), with direct interface in accounting.
Monitoring bank and account movements, including accounting reconciliation.
Implementing and improving treasury processes.
Conducting detailed cash flow analyses and financial reports.
Controlling custody balances and managing resources in CCME and booths (SPB, SVR, SPI).
Participating in the management of regulatory demands (BACENJUD, CCS, among others).
Performing financial risk analysis and proposing mitigation measures.
Supporting internal and external audits, ensuring compliance.
Developing and improving financial policies and procedures.
Collaborating with different areas of the company to add value and promote the efficiency of work flows.
Requirements:
Advanced proficiency in Excel.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Analytical skills, organization, and attention to detail.
Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields.
Intermediate or advanced English (desirable).
Experience with tools like Power BI or programming languages like SQL is a plus.
