Job Description

Blenheim Chalcot is seeking a Data Scientist to join their team in Mumbai, India. The Data Scientist will play a crucial role within the Blenheim Chalcot portfolio and Oakbrook, using data to solve problems, uncover patterns, and help organizations make better decisions. The role offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment, supporting the development of GenAI-enabled tech businesses.

Role involves:

• Developing and deploying machine learning models for credit risk and business strategy.
• Refreshing and maintaining production models.
• Building dashboards and reports to monitor key performance.
• Presenting model insights and recommendations.
• Driving continuous improvement of modelling approaches.
• Supporting ad-hoc analysis related to credit performance.

Requirements:

• Previous experience using a programming language with a willingness to learn SQL and R.
• Experience with producing reports in Power BI.
• Experience with model building and development would be advantageous.
• Track-record in delivering results in a fast-moving business.
• Excellent stakeholder management experience.
