The role involves enhancing operational efficiency, ensuring compliance, and delivering customer-centric solutions across the lending lifecycle. The Senior Product Manager will bridge market insights with product management skills to shape impactful lending products and experiences.Responsibilities include:

• Supporting strategic lending outcomes using industry and market knowledge.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to draft business cases and functional requirements.
• Leading KPI growth by owning the product roadmap and managing performance.
• Presenting vision and progress to executive stakeholders.
• Leading market research and analysis to inform product decisions.
• Implementing processes to improve team efficiency.
• Translating client needs into actionable product enhancements.
• Producing detailed product documentation.
• Collaborating with Engineering to define release scope and timelines.
• Reporting on progress towards goals and milestones.

Requirements include:

• 5+ years in product management with experience in lending products.
• Direct experience in commercial lending.
• Ability to break down complex initiatives and drive work independently.
• Proven ability to engage stakeholders in discovery sessions.
• Strong data-driven analytical approach.
• Experience working with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
