Job Description
Forge Health is seeking a Vice President of Revenue Cycle & Contracting to lead and oversee all aspects of the company's revenue cycle management (RCM) and payer contracting functions. This role reports to the CEO and is responsible for driving RCM performance through continuous optimization and improvement of key processes. The VP will also own the strategic development and oversight of payer contracting, including fee-for-service and value-based care arrangements, and will foster key contacts with payer partners.

Role involves:
  • Overseeing all aspects of revenue cycle functions and initiatives.
  • Managing the Revenue Cycle operations team.
  • Driving continuous optimization of revenue cycle operations.
  • Developing and implementing revenue cycle management policies and procedures.
  • Leading and driving negotiations with existing and new payer partners.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • At least 10 years of experience in revenue cycle management in healthcare.
  • Experience in revenue cycle management in behavioral health preferred.
  • Experience with value-based care payment arrangements preferred.
  • Demonstrated comprehension of payer contracts.
