Headout is seeking an Associate, Inventory Operations to join their team in Bengaluru. This role is pivotal in seamlessly connecting Headout experiences directly with Supply Partners, enhancing the experiences of both customers and partners. The ideal candidate is technologically inclined, thrives on automation, and enjoys problem-solving.

What This Role Involves:
  • Identifying and solving connectivity challenges.
  • Collaborating with Market Managers, Engineers, Ops Managers, and Supply Partners.
  • Analyzing reports to drive strategic actions.


Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in operations or as a business analyst.
  • Foundational understanding of SQL and Excel.
  • Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in dissecting data sets and crafting optimal solutions.
  • Skill in generating reports on team KPIs and effort metrics.
  • Familiarity with diverse automation processes, like API Integrations, across various process modules (Bonus).
  • Hands-on experience with Google Sheets automation (Bonus).
  • Aptitude to work with vague problem statements and the ability to devise solutions backed by sound reasoning (Bonus).
