Senior Product Designer

Job Description

FreeWill, an award-winning social-good startup, is seeking a Senior Product Designer to contribute to their mission of raising billions for charity. The Senior Product Designer will collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers to understand the nonprofit industry and create user-centered experiences.

The role involves:

• Defining product strategy and establishing UX metrics.
• Independently problem-solving and exploring innovative ideas.
• Using research and data to create high-quality UI/UX designs.
• Writing technical specifications and performing QA/UAT.
• Setting up systems for cross-functional sharing and feedback.

The ideal candidate should have:

• 6+ years of experience in product design.
• 3+ years leading design projects alongside a product manager.
• Strong product and strategy intuition.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with Figma.
• Solid experience designing for responsive web.
