Job Description
The Sr BSA (Oracle) role within the Global technology team will lead and deliver projects primarily in the LATAM region while also contributing to global initiatives. This individual will partner with the business to design new workflows and manage business requirements, leading both local and international teams to deliver and support technology strategies. They will also provide expert support for the ORACLE EBS sublayers used in SBC.
  • Leads the implementation and development of strategic projects in LATAM region.
  • Negotiates the regional implementation of global technology projects.
  • Directs and implements strategic projects to address the company's technological requirements and automations.
  • Supports the global and regional team in the implementation of new projects based on improvements in the ERP.
  • Manages support for operation in markets and support for other markets in Latin America.
  • Provides Level 2 expert support for ERP failure situations.
  • Professional degree in technology-related field; master’s preferred.
  • 3+ years’ experience as an Oracle EBS consultant or expert.
  • Project Management experience leading contractors or development teams.
  • Knowledge of ORACLE EBS ERP sublayers.
  • Experience with APEX, PL/SQL, Java, and SOA Webservices is a plus.
