This role is crucial for managing customer trust by responding to requests for assurance and maintaining confidential information. The specialist will act as a key point of contact, ensuring the company's compliance and safety in business dealings.Role involves:

• Communicating with internal stakeholders to address customer requests.
• Collaborating cross-functionally to improve the Customer Trust process.
• Coordinating and prioritizing due diligence requests.
• Completing customer-issued questionnaires on cybersecurity, resilience, and privacy.
• Maintaining and updating the Customer Trust content library.
• Providing support on RFPs involving due diligence.
