Middle Product Manager

Job Description

GR8 Tech is seeking a Middle Product Manager to focus on risk and anti-fraud features for its iGaming platform. The Product Manager will be responsible for driving the development and management of the product backlog, ensuring alignment with platform goals and regulatory requirements. The role involves translating complex fraud scenarios into actionable product initiatives and monitoring KPIs to guide product decisions. The position is open to candidates in Bulgaria, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Moldova, Poland, Portugal, and Romania.

Responsibilities:

• Owning and managing the product backlog for risk and anti-fraud features.
• Defining clear product requirements, functional specs, and user stories.
• Translating abstract fraud scenarios into tangible product initiatives.
• Analyzing data from fraud incidents and user behaviors.
• Monitoring KPIs such as fraud rate and time-to-detection.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience as a Product Manager.
• Understanding of customer and product development.
• Technical knowledge in software architecture and design.
• Proficiency with task-ticketing systems (JIRA or others).
• Experience with prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch or others).
• Familiarity with Agile methodology and requirements management.
• Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
