Industrial Maintenance Technician

Job Description

ATS, founded in 1985, is a company with a presence in the United States, Mexico, and the United Kingdom. They specialize in industrial maintenance and are dedicated to improving factory operations. They are seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician for their Memphis, Tennessee location.This role involves performing maintenance tasks, troubleshooting equipment, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols. The technician will work in a factory environment and must be able to handle physical demands such as lifting and working in confined spaces.Role involves:

• Performing mid to expert level break-fix & preventative maintenance.
• Identifying and sourcing parts, supplies and repair items.
• Setting up and operating machining operations.
• Complying with 5S and housekeeping standards.
• Troubleshooting and analyzing control systems.
• Utilizing predictive maintenance technologies.
• Following all safety related policies, rules, regulations, technical instructions and guidelines.

Requirements:

• High School Graduate or equivalent (GED).
• Associates degree with a Technical focus and 3 years of related experience in general industry; or 5 years of related experience in general industry or successful completion of the ATS Technician Progression Program.
• Understands electrical, mechanical, fluid power and control systems.
• Must be able to use basic hand tools and specialized tools as appropriate.
• May be required to travel.
