Job Description
Herself Health is seeking a Director of Growth to lead the development and execution of growth strategies to drive patient acquisition, enhance brand awareness, and expand reach within the Medicare and Medicare Advantage markets. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of growth marketing, data analytics, and team leadership.
The role involves:
- Developing and executing multi-channel demand generation campaigns.
- Driving website optimization efforts to enhance user experience and conversion rates.
- Leading nurture campaigns to guide leads through the sales cycle.
- Providing the sales team with the tools and insights to convert leads into patients.
- Establishing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure marketing effectiveness.
- Analyzing campaign performance and providing clear visibility on funnel metrics.
Requirements:
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Bachelor's Degree or higher.
- Prior experience as a Sr. Manager or higher
- Experience in building in-market and community partnerships
- Limited domestic travel as needed.
