Market Data Administrator

Job Description

Pico, a global company providing market data services and managed infrastructure solutions, is seeking a Market Data Administrator in Belfast. This role sits within the Market Data Licensing & Administration team and focuses on managing relationships with exchanges and trading venues.

Responsibilities include:

• Accurate and timely monthly reporting to global exchange groups and vendors.
• Managing Pico's Axon ADP tool.
• Identifying and resolving risks in the market data reporting process.
• Building relationships with exchanges and vendors.
• Contributing to market data audits and compliance.
• Managing the CPTR artifact for billing variable monthly pass-through fees.
• Managing PIDs in the Pico price book.
• Updating the venue inventory monthly document.
• Taking on miscellaneous projects and covering for team members.

Requirements:

• 2 years of relevant experience in a market data capacity.
• Financial industry knowledge and understanding of global exchange market data policies.
• Experience with exchange market data costs, reporting, and workflows.
• Knowledge of finance processes supporting market data expense management.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent presentation skills.
