Job Description
The Maintenance Technician role is located in Hazelwood, Missouri. This role involves providing electrical and mechanical maintenance support to plant and facility operations. The Maintenance Mechanic will be responsible for maintaining, adjusting, and repairing plant machinery to meet industry standards while ensuring compliance with regulatory agencies.

Role Involves:
  • Installing, troubleshooting, and repairing manufacturing equipment.
  • Diagnosing problems and replacing defective parts.
  • Maintaining equipment according to diagrams and specifications.
  • Generating work orders and parts requests.
  • Operating equipment such as forklifts and scissor lifts.

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in the food manufacturing industry.
  • 4 years of experience as a maintenance mechanic.
  • PLC experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge of food grade aluminum and stainless-steel welding techniques.
  • Complete knowledge of fabrication techniques.
  • Electrical knowledge and packing machinery experience a plus.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Knowledge of welding techniques (MIG, TIG, Acetylene).
  • Understanding of pneumatic and water systems.
  • Ability to read electrical schematics.
  • Must have their own set of professional electrical tools.
