Job Description
Arcesium is seeking a Principal Solution Architect to join its Client and Partner Development team. This role involves bridging the gap between the Arcesium platform and clients' business requirements, demonstrating customer value, and creating scalable solutions. The Principal Solution Architect will work directly with customer stakeholders and Arcesium product teams to solve data problems in investment management.

What this role involves:
  • Guiding stakeholders on accelerating data strategy through Arcesium.
  • Decomposing customer problems and designing scalable solutions.
  • Presenting solutions through proposals and illustrations.
  • Defining the scope and success criteria of PoC projects.
  • Leading projects, including Proof of Concepts and Implementations.
  • Managing stakeholder expectations and highlighting project risks.
  • Collaborating with Forward Deployed Software Engineers and Product teams.
  • Suggesting process improvements to reduce costs and drive innovation.
  • Working with client developers on Arcesium's technical architecture.
  • Presenting Arcesium's Technology capabilities in Sales conversations.

Requirements:
  • 7 to 12 years of experience in client-facing roles with consultative skills.
  • Software engineering background with coding experience (Python, Java, SQL).
  • Strong technology acumen and knowledge of engineering processes.
  • Skills in technology and financial domains.
  • Ability to drive cross-functional projects and manage stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with cloud solutions and data analysis techniques.
