Job Description
Caylent is seeking Project Management professionals to join its Cloud Project Management team. The role involves working collaboratively with engineering teams and customer stakeholders to meet project goals. The candidate will manage projects, act as Scrum Master, facilitate agile ceremonies, and report on project scope and budget. They will also identify growth opportunities and mentor new team members.
Role Involves:
- Managing projects and setting goals.
- Acting as Scrum Master.
- Facilitating agile ceremonies.
- Collaborating with client Product Owners.
- Reviewing time submissions and invoices.
- Reporting on project scope and budget.
- Identifying and resolving project issues.
- Seeking growth opportunities.
- Mentoring new team members.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in consulting or professional services.
- Prior management of technical engagements with 5+ people and a $500,000+ budget.
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
- Experience leading projects in Agile/Waterfall environments.
- Experience in forecasting and budgeting management.
- Ability to manage risks and escalations.
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
