IONOS, a leading European provider of cloud infrastructure, is seeking a Working Student (f/m/d) in Data Analytics to join their team in Karlsruhe. The role involves collaborating with various teams in an open and friendly work environment with flat hierarchies. The working student will support the recording and documentation of business requirements, analyze existing business processes, systems, and data to identify optimization potential. They will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement innovative solutions and process improvements. The role also includes performing data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights to support business decisions.

Role Involves:

• Supporting in recording and documenting business requirements.
• Analyzing and evaluating existing business processes, systems and data.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.
• Performing data analysis to identify trends, patterns and insights.
• Contributing ideas to optimize and enhance existing measures and reporting structures.
• Performing market analysis and competitor analysis.
• Supporting in testing and quality assurance activities.

Requirements:

• Ongoing studies in business administration, business informatics, management, economics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis and experience with Excel, Google Workspace, SQL, and data visualization tools.
• First experiences with business analysis methods and techniques.
• Detail orientation with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Good knowledge of German and very good knowledge of written and spoken English.
