Job Description
IONOS is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead the rollout of their new international commercial systems program. This role is within the IONOS Business IT group and requires someone with a consistent track record of successfully delivering high complexity projects. The ideal candidate will have proven ability to manage, influence, and engage a broad group of stakeholders, aligning plans with IONOS' strategic objectives.

Responsibilities:
  • Planning and Execution of the rollout of our international commercial systems program (Order Management, Billing, Payment, Accounting)
  • Resource Coordination: Allocate resources efficiently across the commercial systems to maximize productivity and effectiveness.
  • Problem Solving: Address issues and roadblocks that impact program goals.
  • Monitoring and Reporting: Track progress, manage risks, and report on program status to stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder Management: Communicate with and manage expectations of stakeholders at various levels.
  • Budget Management: Oversee financial aspects and ensure programs are delivered within budget.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Commercial Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • 8+ years of experience in program management and/or project management, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale information technology programs successfully (>100 members in the program organisation)
  • Experience in migration of SAP ECC to SAP S4 Hana
  • Experience in waterfall and agile, system configuration and microservices
  • Exceptional leadership, very good interpersonal and organizational skills, excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities (C-level)
  • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving and conflict managing skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello).
  • Relevant certifications (e.g. Prince2) are highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in German language skills is advantageous.
