Job Description
Isaac is seeking a Team Leader to manage operations. The company is a financial solutions platform for schools, providing guaranteed revenue and flexible payment options for families. Isaac has helped over 2,000 schools and guaranteed over R$5 billion in tuition payments.
The Team Leader will lead an operational team, ensure adherence to performance metrics and SLAs, assist in managing relationships with partner schools, ensure schools are fully trained on Isaac's enrollment process, and identify and implement process improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Lead an operational team, ensuring adherence to performance metrics and SLA of processes.
- Assist in the most critical relationships with partner schools.
- Ensure full training of schools on the isaac enrollment process through online training.
- Ensure that the experience of schools with isaac is incredible and enchanting.
- Identify and implement process improvements for greater efficiency and quality.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Strong communication and customer relationship skills.
- Analytical skills.
- Good organizational skills and autonomy in activities.
- Ability to work well in a team, collaboratively, frankly and transparently.
- Sense of urgency to prioritize activities.
- Ability to work with multiple activities in parallel.
- Basic knowledge of the Office package.
