The Tech Lead/Engineering Manager will play a crucial role in the digital transformation of Fortune, working on various digital properties and contributing to the design and architecture of scalable software systems. They will also align engineering efforts with business goals, focusing on projects that drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor junior engineers.
• Conduct performance reviews and guide career development.
• Drive technical excellence through code reviews and CI/CD.
• Lead large-scale projects and cross-functional teams.
• Focus on revenue-focused development.
• Use data to inform technical decisions.
• Contribute to software system design.
• Maintain an individual contributor role in coding and implementation.

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern front-end frameworks (e.g., Next.js, React, Angular).
• Experience with backend technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java).
• Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS) and their integrations.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles.
• Experience leading and mentoring junior engineers.
