Job Description
Gong is seeking a Sr. Director of FP&A to lead financial planning and analysis for its Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy. This role involves partnering with GTM leadership, driving strategic planning, and delivering business insights. The Sr. Director will play a key role in defining strategic investments and ensuring profitable growth.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop a team of strategic finance professionals.
- Partner with GTM leadership on long-term P&L trajectory.
- Manage financial analysis on customer metrics and investment models.
- Lead forecasting and budgeting.
- Prepare and analyze management presentations.
- Partner with the Accounting Team for month-end close.
- Establish and maintain key metrics.
- Build complex financial models.
- Provide financial expertise for headcount planning.
- Develop efficient financial processes.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, or related fields.
- Proven business partnership experience with C-suite executives.
- Deep experience with financial applications (Salesforce, Netsuite, Excel, etc.).
- Familiarity with Enterprise Software (SaaS preferred) metrics.
- Experience working in a startup environment.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or related discipline.
