Gong is seeking a Director of Demand Generation to oversee pipeline creation and acceleration for North American segments. The Director will design ABM, field, and segment-specific programs, partnering with NAMER Sales leadership to build segment-specific marketing plans. This role involves driving demand generation strategy, running multi-tier ABM campaigns, leading field marketing efforts, and building full-funnel programs.
Responsibilities include:
- Driving quarterly sourced pipeline targets for NAMER New Business.
- Serving as the main point of contact for NAMER sales partners.
- Driving a unified demand gen plan with cross-functional teams.
- Launching and optimizing ABM campaigns.
- Orchestrating regional events and executive dinners.
- Building full-funnel programs.
- Measuring and reporting on program performance.
- Coaching a high-performing team.
Requirements include:
- 10+ years in B2B SaaS marketing.
- 4+ years leading demand-gen or growth teams.
- Proven success owning pipeline and partnering with Sales.
- Hands-on expertise with 6sense/Demandbase, Salesforce, Sendoso, or similar tools.
- Deep knowledge of ABM and events.
- Data storytelling abilities.
