Glance AI is seeking a dynamic Sr. Sales Manager to spearhead the acquisition and onboarding of commerce brands in the US. This role is pivotal in the company's market expansion, requiring the individual to identify high-potential brands, articulate Glance AI's value proposition, cultivate strategic relationships, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience.This position is based on-site in the NYC office, with some travel required for client meetings and events.
Responsibilities: - Identify and build a strong pipeline of commerce brands in the US market.
- Conduct outreach to set up meetings with key stakeholders.
- Understand brand pain points and map them to Glance AI’s capabilities.
- Own end-to-end sales cycles from lead generation to closing.
- Develop partnerships with agencies and platforms to expand reach.
- Ensure smooth onboarding for new clients.
- Act as a strategic advisor to clients, maximizing product adoption.
- Drive engagement and product usage, gathering feedback.
- Identify upsell and expansion opportunities.
- Share market insights with internal teams.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams.
- Track performance against KPIs and iterate strategies.
Requirements: - 5–10 years of experience in Brand Partnerships, Business Development, or Growth.
- Demonstrated success in selling to or working with commerce brands in the US.
- Deep understanding of US consumer trends, eCommerce landscape, and marketing stack.
- Proven ability to run a full sales cycle.
- Excellent storytelling, presentation, and closing skills.
- Self-starter, highly driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Existing network of D2C brand founders, marketers, or agencies in the US (Plus).
