Pendo is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to join their team in London. Pendo is experiencing 30% year-over-year growth and is revolutionizing how users interact with software. In this role, the candidate will be a trusted technical advisor and strategic partner to enterprise prospects and customers, helping them unlock the full value of Pendo’s platform.
Role involves:
- Partnering with sales to drive business and guiding customers through their journey.
- Crafting and presenting tailored, high-value demonstrations.
- Defining success, gathering technical requirements, leading installations, and running hands-on workshops.
- Addressing customer questions on security, integrations, deployment, and data privacy.
- Collaborating with product, engineering, and customer success teams.
- Staying ahead of industry trends and best practices.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role with enterprise accounts.
- 3+ years of pre-sales experience in SaaS or software platforms.
- Experience in value-based selling frameworks like MEDDICC.
- Hands-on technical expertise in web (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, REST APIs) or mobile technologies.
- Exceptional presentation & demo skills.
- Fluency in English, German or French would be advantageous.
