Job Description
Pendo is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to join their team in London. Pendo is experiencing 30% year-over-year growth and is revolutionizing how users interact with software. In this role, the candidate will be a trusted technical advisor and strategic partner to enterprise prospects and customers, helping them unlock the full value of Pendo’s platform.

Role involves:
  • Partnering with sales to drive business and guiding customers through their journey.
  • Crafting and presenting tailored, high-value demonstrations.
  • Defining success, gathering technical requirements, leading installations, and running hands-on workshops.
  • Addressing customer questions on security, integrations, deployment, and data privacy.
  • Collaborating with product, engineering, and customer success teams.
  • Staying ahead of industry trends and best practices.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role with enterprise accounts.
  • 3+ years of pre-sales experience in SaaS or software platforms.
  • Experience in value-based selling frameworks like MEDDICC.
  • Hands-on technical expertise in web (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, REST APIs) or mobile technologies.
  • Exceptional presentation & demo skills.
  • Fluency in English, German or French would be advantageous.
