Job Description
Prolific is seeking a dynamic FP&A Analyst to join their finance team. This role offers the opportunity to enhance analytical expertise and contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and business partnering. The FP&A Analyst will collaborate with various business functions, providing timely and accurate reporting as Prolific expands its offerings. They will also play a key role in evolving FP&A processes to align with the company's changing needs.
What this role involves:
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports.
- Conduct variance analysis and identify trends.
- Partner with department leaders for financial insights.
- Assist in implementing and improving financial systems.
- Monitor KPIs and drive cost efficiency.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in FP&A.
- Strong financial modeling and data analysis skills (Google Sheets a plus).
- Experience in a high-growth startup, SaaS, or AI-related company is a plus.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate complex financial insights clearly.
- Proactive problem-solver with a startup mindset.
- Strong understanding of financial statements, forecasting methodologies, and SaaS/AI business models.
