Integrated Specialty Coverages (ISC) is seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support the company's Division Presidents. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating complex travel arrangements, organizing meetings, and overseeing facilities-related matters to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.Responsibilities include:
- Providing high-level administrative support to Division Presidents.
- Managing complex calendars and scheduling meetings.
- Preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Arranging domestic and international travel.
- Coordinating internal and external meetings.
- Supporting office facilities-related tasks.
Requirements include:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- 5+ years of executive support experience.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
