Job Description

BVNK is seeking a Banking Partner Manager to strengthen and expand relationships with key banking partners. This role is ideal for someone with a foundational understanding of the payments landscape and a strong desire to grow their expertise in bank relationship management, payments infrastructure, and regulatory compliance. The Banking Partner Manager will report to the Head of Banking – US.BVNK is a company that provides modern payment infrastructure for businesses, unifying banks and blockchains in a single platform. With BVNK, businesses can send and receive stablecoin payments, convert between currencies, and add stablecoin payments to their checkout.Role involves:

• Serving as the primary point of contact for assigned bank partners.
• Maintaining regular communication to understand partner needs.
• Collaborating with partners to identify and implement opportunities for mutual growth.
• Monitoring and analyzing payment performance metrics with bank partners.
• Collaborating effectively with internal stakeholders across departments.

Requirements:

• Experience in banking, payments, payment operations, or financial services.
• Strong understanding of the payments ecosystem and various payment processing methods.
• Proven ability to build, manage, and nurture relationships with external partners.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• A proactive mindset and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Candidates must be based in New York or San Francisco.
