Job Description
BarkleyOKRP is seeking a Director of Client Experience to lead a team and foster trusted client relationships. This role involves contributing to an inclusive environment and driving Whole Brand ideas. The Director will report to the VP, Client Experience.
Responsibilities:
- Managing client needs and business problems independently.
- Consulting with clients and steering business innovations.
- Leading a Client Experience team to drive client business.
- Delivering Whole Brand ideas and measurable results.
- Managing business financials, resourcing, and scoping.
- Collaborating with Growth teams to earn new Client Engagements.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience.
- Experience with media / digital client preferred
- Experience building and executing strategic business plans.
- Experience building and executing growth marketing plans.
- Experience inspiring, delivering and selling great creative.
- Experience mentoring, developing and promoting talent.
- Experience operationalizing and expanding contracts.
- Experience developing work scopes and staffing plans.
- Experience budgeting, forecasting and reporting revenue.
- A bias for action.
