FP&A Analyst

This role is crucial for providing clear and timely reporting to help leaders make informed decisions. The FP&A Analyst will be involved in budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting processes, ensuring consistency and clarity across the business.

Here’s what the role involves:

• Building the FY26 budget in collaboration with commercial teams and heads of departments.
• Working with the Strategy team to align the FY26 budget with long-term goals.
• Preparing monthly P&L reports for Head Of Functions and discussing the details.
• Delivering quarterly forecasts to the Planning and Exec teams with insightful commentary.
• Supporting weekly trading updates by surfacing trends in revenue, orders, and marketing spend.
• Preparing and circulating the monthly sales performance update.

• Experience in financial planning and analysis, ideally in a fast-moving or scaling business.
