Job Description
Verra Mobility is seeking a Fulfillment Coordinator I to join their team. In this role, the individual will be responsible for performing a variety of routine shipping, receiving, customer support, and housekeeping tasks within the warehouse.
Responsibilities: - Receiving and unloading incoming materials, verifying BOL accuracy, and noting any discrepancies.
- Preparing and packing materials for customer shipments, ensuring quality assurance.
- Assisting with inventory control, including cycle counts and reconciliation.
- Supporting production with timely and accurate material requests.
Requirements: - High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Valid Driver’s License (minimal driving on behalf of company).
- Knowledge of general warehouse, shipping and receiving best practices (includes international shipments), inventory management practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong multi-tasking skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Dynamics AX , SAP by Design or similar ERP Software
- Ability to meet physical requirements including: variety of standing, sitting and walking throughout the day; repeated twisting at the torso while lifting and pulling inventory from shelves; regular lifting of up to 20lbs and occasional lifting of 30-40lbs, occasional climbing of ladders; usage of reach truck and pallet jacks.
