Job Description
Imagen Technologies is seeking a Manager of Medical Practice Operations to join their Clinical Strategy & Operations team. This role is crucial for scaling Imagen’s medical practice and delivering daily operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple work streams. This position reports to the VP of Medical Services.
Responsibilities:
- Own the daily service delivery for all customers.
- Own execution of staffing models.
- Develop and refine processes and procedures to better meet KPIs.
- Drive performance management solutions.
- Work cross-functionally with Customer Success leadership.
- Own daily monitoring of study volumes.
- Ensure physician concerns are addressed and resolved.
- Effectively communicate trends in physician concerns.
- Drive operational excellence and scalability by researching, piloting, and integrating Large Language Models (LLMs).
Requirements:
- Track record of independently managing projects.
- At least 4 years of experience in operations, management consulting, or healthcare.
- Demonstrated ability of improving operational efficiencies.
- Excellent problem-solving and analysis skills.
- Genuine enthusiasm, curiosity, grit, humility, and ownership.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Relevant healthcare experience is preferred.
