Job Description
Mirakl is seeking a highly motivated Senior Solution Engineer to join their expanding team in the EMEA region. This role is pivotal in showcasing Mirakl's product offerings to potential clients, emphasizing the technological infrastructure, and resolving any technical concerns during the sales process. The Senior Solution Engineer will play a crucial role in understanding client needs, crafting tailored demonstrations, and effectively communicating the value of Mirakl's solutions across various industries.Responsibilities:- Understand client needs and position Mirakl’s products as the optimal solution.
- Craft and deliver tailored demos that highlight our technology's capabilities.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of our software, networking, and security infrastructure.
- Engage in continuous learning through product, sales, and procedural training and certifications.
- Meet and exceed quarterly and annual objectives set by management.
- Effectively address and respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
- A minimum of 6 years' experience in Pre-Sales, Solution Consulting, or IT consultancy roles.
- Strong background in e-commerce and marketplace dynamics.
- Superior analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
- A customer-centric approach with outstanding professional communication abilities and substantial client-facing experience.
- Proficiency in quickly adapting to different environments and mastering new skills and processes.
- Demonstrated ability to identify customer needs and align them with Mirakl’s solutions.
- Ability to clearly communicate the benefits of our solutions to prospective clients across a wide range of industries.
- Fluency in English and German is mandatory
