Job Description
PhonePe Group is seeking a Director - Creative and Content to lead and scale its in-house creative and content engine. This role reports to the Group CMO and is responsible for shaping the creative voice of the company, crafting narratives, and influencing how PhonePe is perceived.
Role involves:
- Developing and executing a comprehensive creative and content strategy.
- Overseeing the entire creative lifecycle for on-app merchandising, CRM communications, brand campaigns, and social media content.
- Establishing a content marketing center of excellence, creating blog posts, video content, and product marketing content.
- Recruiting, mentoring, and developing a high-performing team of creative professionals.
- Ensuring brand consistency across all communication channels.
- Partnering with Product, Marketing, Business, and Growth teams.
- Managing external creative and content agencies.
Requirements:
- 20+ years of experience in the creative business.
- Experience in building and leading creative and content teams.
- Exceptional storytelling abilities.
- Understanding of data-driven creative development.
- Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Fine Arts, or a related field.
