Creative Administrator, Security Awareness Training

Job Description

Huntress is seeking a Creative Administrator, Security Awareness Training, to work directly with the Head of Creative Strategy, User Training. This role involves creating and managing the creative strategy for the Security Awareness Training product. The Creative Administrator will act as a team leader and people manager to a team of animators and artists, helping to shape the strategic, creative, and artistic direction of the product, and acting as a business partner to cross-functional teams across the organization.Role involves:

• Managing production artists, animators, and writers.
• Collaborating with the Head of Creative Strategy to establish creative strategy and schedules.
• Partnering with internal stakeholders across the organization.
• Implementing innovative methods to enhance workflow and processes.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of creative project administration or relevant experience.
• 3+ years of people management and leadership experience.
• Strong project management skills (leveraging tools like monday.com).
• Expertise in management of the animation production process and related content.
• Understanding of graphic design principles and creative tools (Adobe Creative Suite).
• High level of creative originality and insights for strategic business planning.
• Familiarity with Gamification.
• Familiarity with aligning and driving marketing and brand principles.
• A portfolio demonstrating previous successful projects.
