Critical Mass is seeking an Associate Media Director (Operations) to enhance media process efficiency. The role involves collaborating with practice leads, project management, and client service teams to meet client goals effectively. The ideal candidate should be dynamic, detail-oriented, and passionate about Operations and Media.This role involves:
- Creating and delivering the vision of media operations.
- Leading the development of operational processes, workflows, and best practices.
- Managing technology-driven processes for efficient resource and time management.
- Ensuring timely delivery of critical initiatives and workflow rollouts.
- Providing expertise across data sources for governance solutions.
- Managing Media Ocean code setup and actualization.
- Facilitating best practices for PRISMA setup and campaign architectures.
- Supporting team onboarding and budget/campaign tracking.
- Ensuring campaign compliance and leveraging agency negotiations.
- Defining and distributing best practices.
- Troubleshooting functionality and tag fires.
- Guiding Dev teams on technology migrations.
- Facilitating QA of in-platform data flows.
- Consulting on pixel implementation for digital marketing platforms.
Requirements include:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Operations.
- 5-7 years of media experience.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Understanding of Media Operations processes and workflows.
- Ability to formulate effective solutions to business challenges.
- Superior communication and organizational skills.
- Experience with Media Ocean, Google Campaign Manager, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Programmatic DSPs.
- Understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
