Cultivation Agent

Job Description

Cresco Labs is seeking a Cultivation Agent for their facility in Kankakee, IL. The Cultivation Agent will be responsible for on-site cultivation of medical cannabis gardens, monitoring plant production and health, and maintaining quality control measures. This role involves carrying out day-to-day plant care, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring accurate documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring plant health by pruning, topping, and trimming.
• Moving plants between cultivation areas.
• Transplanting plants.
• Maintaining a clean and safe cultivation facility.
• Ensuring proper and accurate documentation for applicable activities.

Requirements:

• Two years of experience in general production, preferably in a regulated field producing for human consumption.
• Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work in varying indoor and greenhouse climates.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
