Job Description
Cresco Labs is seeking a Cultivation Agent for their facility in Indiantown, FL. This role involves on-site cultivation for medical cannabis gardens, ensuring plant production and health, and maintaining quality control. The Cultivation Agent will report to the Cultivation Team Lead and will be responsible for day-to-day plant care, including watering, pruning, harvesting, and trimming.
Role involves:
- Ensuring plant health through pruning, topping, and trimming.
- Moving plants between cultivation areas.
- Transplanting plants into bigger pots.
- Harvesting and bucking plants.
- Maintaining cleanliness of the cultivation facility and equipment.
- Assisting with plant tracking and documentation.
Requirements:
- Two years of experience in general production, preferably in a regulated field producing for human consumption, or equivalent.
- Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task.
- Ability to work in varying indoor and greenhouse climates.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Ability to sit, stand, kneel, and/or do repetitive actions for long periods.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
