Cultivation Agent

Job Description

Cresco Labs is seeking a Cultivation Agent for their facility in Winchester, KY. The Cultivation Agent will be responsible for on-site cultivation of medical cannabis gardens, monitoring plant production and health, and maintaining quality control. The agent will also maintain the organization, cleanliness, and efficiency of the production area. Responsibilities:

• Ensuring plant health by pruning and other tasks.
• Moving plants between areas.
• Transplanting plants.
• Harvesting plants.
• Maintaining a clean and safe cultivation facility.
• Cleaning cultivation equipment and tools.
• Assisting with tracking plants and ensuring accurate documentation.

Requirements:

• Two years of experience in general production, preferably in a regulated field producing for human consumption, or equivalent.
• Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work in varying indoor and greenhouse climates.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
