Cultivation Agent - Greenhouse (Weekend Shift)

Job Description

Cresco Labs is seeking a Cultivation Agent for their facility in Lincoln, IL. This role involves providing on-site cultivation for medical cannabis gardens, monitoring plant production and health, and maintaining quality control measures. The Cultivation Agent will also be responsible for maintaining the organization, cleanliness, and efficiency of the production area.Responsibilities:

• Ensuring plant health through pruning, topping, and trimming.
• Moving plants between cultivation areas.
• Transplanting plants into bigger pots.
• Maintaining a clean and safe cultivation facility.
• Ensuring proper and accurate documentation of plant activities.

Requirements:

• Two years of experience in general production, preferably in a regulated field producing for human consumption.
• Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work in varying indoor and greenhouse climates.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
