Cultivation Agent - Weekend Shift

Job Description

Cresco Labs is seeking a Cultivation Agent for their facility in Kankakee, IL. The Cultivation Agent will be responsible for on-site cultivation of medical cannabis gardens, monitoring plant production and health, and maintaining quality control measures. This role involves day-to-day plant care, including watering, pruning, and trimming, ensuring compliance with regulations and Cresco Labs standards.Responsibilities:

• Ensuring plant health through pruning, topping, and trimming.
• Moving plants between different areas of the cultivation facility.
• Transplanting smaller plants into larger pots.
• Maintaining cleanliness of the cultivation facility and equipment.
• Assisting with tracking plants from birth to harvest.
• Ensuring accurate documentation of plant tracking numbers and lot numbers.

Requirements:

• Two years of experience in general production, preferably in a regulated field producing for human consumption.
• Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work in varying indoor and greenhouse climates.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Ability to sit, stand, kneel, and perform repetitive hand actions for long periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs to torso level.
