Lead Cultivation Agent - Greenhouse

Job Description

Cresco Labs is seeking a Lead Cultivation Agent to manage cultivation staff, schedules, processes, and inventory at their Lincoln, IL facility. The Lead Cultivation Agent will serve as a role model and resource for the cultivation staff, addressing their questions and concerns. They will delegate tasks to gardeners and harvest technicians to maintain a compliant and clean cultivation facility.

• Managing cultivation staff, schedules, cultivation processes, and inventory.
• Serving as a resource for cultivation staff.
• Delegating tasks to gardeners and harvest technicians.
• Overseeing all cultivation tasks and processes.
• Measuring and mixing nutrient and plant applications.
• Maintaining accurate records of all cultivation activities.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience training, leading and/or mentoring junior staff or new hires preferred.
• Demonstrated experience overseeing a large-scale agriculture facility preferred.
• Two years’ experience within a production facility, regulated field highly preferred.
• Effective time-management, organizational skills, and ability to multi-task.
• Advanced knowledge of plant cultivation and cultivation facility operations.
• Computer literacy in word processing, point-of-sale systems, windows-based software, and data base management.
• Knowledge of medical cannabis policy and law.
• Critical-thinking, problem-solving, planning and assessment skills.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing and challenging environment.
• Must be 21 years of age or older to apply.
• Must comply with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry.
