Job Description
Cresco Labs is seeking a Packaging Supervisor to lead a team of packaging agents at their Yellow Springs, OH location. The Packaging Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring daily production goals are met with efficiency, accuracy, and compliance. This role involves overseeing task assignments, training, quality control, equipment operation, and performance management while promoting a clean, safe, and continuously improving work environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership experience in a manufacturing or CPG setting and will be committed to upholding operational excellence and regulatory standards.
Role Involves:
- Supervising Pack teams >10 personnel
- Assigning daily tasks
- Training new hires
- Ensuring quality standards are met
- Supporting a culture of continuous improvement
- Maintaining cleanliness in packaging areas
- Executing batch record documentation
- Operating automated equipment
- Managing timecards, PTO, and disciplinary actions
- Conducting performance reviews
Requirements:
- Two years of supervisory/managerial experience
- Experience in a CPG, Manufacturing, or Production setting preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Effective time-management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in windows-based software and point of sale applications a plus
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
